Spray 5 - 7 days before flipping to 12/12. Spray when you flip to 12/12. Spray again 5 - 7 days after flipping and spray at the same interval until you start seeing male flowers forming. You want to spray until it's dripping off the leaves. If it's successful you'll have a reversed female with nothing but male flowers. Some people spray just a branch or 2 but I like to use 2 clones and reverse one to pollinate the other.

I've never reversed an auto but from what I've researched you'll want to start spraying around 3 - 4 weeks. You want to start before the plant starts flowering.
