when I bought it was valued @ over 480k, my wife works for the builder and we bought a lil over 2 yrs ago, when builders were giving them away. we are actually valued @ 253k now according to my new tax DEMAND! lol You can get some really great deals on new homes right now all up and down the state...... Just be prepared for the downpayment. No more 0 downs, even with near perfect credit.............

ive got a few questions for thoes who live in boring, Or.
If you have a real chronic condition that's documented you get a card. Contact MAMA's or Voter Power.

Was the question something else?

Our laws are better here than in cali, and it doesn't cost so freaking much to live here but shhhh don't tell anyone.
We have already been flooded with californians moving here in the last 15 years or so because they can't afford to stay in their own state any longer and now our traffic sucks ass just because of all of them. Homes that just 10 years or so ago were under 100k are now $250k.

Hehheh... I was feeling so blown past, too. I am happy to be back in these here mountains, although given a preference, the maiden would choose the sea (as long as there aren't too many people around). She needs water to be happy.

I loved watching Yosemite glide by from the air, it was a trip looking at all those gigantic granite plutons. It was even more of a trip to realize that I was looking at Mono Lake ACROSS the Sierra, they always seem to take so long to get through.

No, I live in the Sierra. Someone earlier in the thread mentioned Gualala, and I looked it up. I want to ride out there some time, I think it would be fun. I also want to find Bigfoot, but he's not here.
