When you say no more then 3ft do you include flowering as well? I'm assuming yes but just wanted to clarify. On a side note my SLH are 2 days from 5 weeks into flower. Frost is comin in pretty nice course to be honest I don't have much if any previous grows to compare it to lol! She's definitely got that hybrid split leaves are about in the middle not too thin but not very thick either. I know they tend to lean quite a bit more towards the sativa but how long would you say they will go for? Am I lookin at 9-10 weeks? or a full on 12 week kinda deal?

Do you have a journal or any pics? Im currently doing a 4 plant scrog and i have 1 slh in there but it is stretchy and slow. My others are crushing it i would like to see what you have got going at week 5 if you dont mind. You can share in my journal also if you like.

No journal, joined riu at the beginnin of flower. I just took some pics I'll post em to your page. Rather not flood Jack's journal with other peoples ladies lol

yer that include flowering, I have grow super lemon haze at lease 4 times from seed and grown more than 40 plants from seed and they have all turned out about the same height, between 2-3ft (not including the pot) but i have all way trained my plants so they have turned out short bushy

flowering time, have harvest plants at different time in flower, you can harvest them as early as 7 weeks ( good smoke and the yield was good)
but i do like leaving theses for 9-10 weeks (if i can wait that long lol ) and they do turn out really good, don't see any advantage of leaving them more than 10 weeks

no its no good mate, this journal have gone wrong anyway, my padlock was cut last week, but they didn't take anything, so i moved 2 plant in my mates wardrobe and bin the other two

just can't take the risk of them coming back, as they would leave a mess every where and i am sure somebody would call the cops, its first time its happened in ten years
and i still have two large healthy plants so thing are not all bad

There a lot of thing i can do but in the future i need to be more careful where I grow, this could have turned out really bad, got off lucky IMO

You know what man I completely hear ya one thing I didn't fully consider when starting myself is I can't call 5-0 if shit happens... cause they check everything and boom... lol Where was your setup? outside your home, like a shed or something? Had someone break into my shed a few months back they took nothing had a couple boxes of not worth takin stuff haha.

As for your previous response I've heard that some SLH pheno's take a bit over 10 wks but I dunno must be a strong leaning sativa pheno or something. All I care about is that I get them at least to the peak they can get to even if I miss the exact perfect time to cut as long as I can get them as close to that I'll be super happy. Sooner the better though I got friends and my girl practically droolin waitin for these ladies lmao!

i built a room in a green house and they must of thought there was somthing in there, all fans and electric stuff was in the shed attached to the green house so there was no noise, oder or light getting out but a large room in a green house may have looked odd if somebody got in the garden and had a close look in the green house, so i was unlucky but i could have been more careful.
It depends what you want, i wanted a good yeild/buzz and often 8-9 weeks gets me the results i am happy with.
giving the plant a week or 2 more may give a little more yeild and the smoke might be better but is it worth the extra time in flower (running cost and extra yeild) also run the risk of the high being more of a knock out stone instead of a mellow high (that's what I like), bud rot and other problems

Ah so that's what happened, makes perfect sense I mean if anyone who had any knowledge whatsoever about our sweet lady cannabliss they'd probably immediately think of that when seeing a random room in a greenhouse why cover up something when its outside? Course it was probably just some idiots who just got into your greenhouse to skulk around like idiots do and probably just happened to stumble across the ladies heck it could have been teenagers who thought it was awesome lol. But risky all the same. I'm completely with you on the high I'd much rather prefer a mellow uplifting energetic high as long as its not like my last strain a incredible bulk auto I was growing alongside my current SLH first grow. It went quite a bit longer then expected and when it was all cured and done damn... I had a smile on my face but I "needed" to lay on my girls lap in bed I mean the only way I could describe it is I needed and had to it felt it was the only thing that was important lmao. If you need sleep help that is the stuff! But I wanna do stuff not pass out every time lol. The extra cost and that bud rot risk is definitely something I dont need especially having this first grow an all lol. I'll probably go 9 wks per your very helpful insight would also explain the yellowing I'm having a bit stronger then I want but no sugar leaves affected just yet so it should be ok I hope... lol

Damn talk about an explosion since your last update! A huge difference in a month, love it! Either your pheno is very different then mine or well I already know your definitely more experienced then me so there's that, your colas are longer and have quite a bit more on em. I've got quite a few colas though so maybe that's it? I'll post a pic later show you what I mean plus you still have time to go me I'm cutting next week this comin Thursday will be wk 9's end and since I'm not off that day I'll suck it up and wait till the followin monday. Somehow my girl is fine with helping me trim her last time I did it myself on an auto no less and it took me 12 damn hours from start to finish course I did take a small break in the middle

if i had double the colas they would be smaller with less bud, so it could even things out

hope you pull a good harvest on the following Monday mate, I always enjoy a free hand rub hash when i am trimming up the buds
