Hi all,

This current grow has been a work in progress since it has been done in my new house. went from a basment crawl space using flouros to a 3.5x3.5x6 box using a 400 watt hps and bout 150 watts of flouros. this change happend at 3 weeks of flower, so pretty late. below are the rest of the info on my grow

Strains- 1x- paradise seeds- white berry
2x- nirvana's- bubbleicious
1x- G13- thai x super skunk
2x- Barneys farm- blue cheese
3x- Barneys farm- amnesia lemon

nutes- foxfarm products

veg time- 3-4 weeks, wanted them pretty short due to height shortages in the crawl space in the beginning.

temps- pretty high, got up in 90's from time to time.

soil- cheap ass walmart stuff, used 2 and 3 gallon pots (i think)

below is a pic of my box w/ plants right after it was built, about 3 weeks in flower. and a family photo of all of my plants some at 7 weeks and some less.

the following post will be dedicated to each plant or strain, harvested or not

This is my highest yeilding plant at 23 grams dry. smells like lemon candy and is fairly dense bud. no real nute problems. very thick sturdy stems. only complaint is that i wish that the resin production was a little better. it also had 2 mutant buds that turned out to be the 2nd and 3rd biggest buds. harvested at 9 weeks at the size of 17"x11"x9"

pics in order are...

2 weeks flower
5 weeks flower
5 weeks flower
7 weeks flower
mutant bud

i have not harvested this one yet, it has about 4 weeks left. To the people who dog this plant, well dont. it is a vigiourous model sativa. it will let you know when it needs to watered and can put down the nutes. it is a little heat sensitive though. i topped her and have done some minimal lst. i broke one of the main branches, but a little duct tape has it growing like it never happened. i am planning on harvesting her at about 14 weeks, granted she is done.

so i decided to put 3 amnesia lemons and 2 blue cheeses in my flower box after only 1 week of veg, just to beef up my yield a little. unfortuneltely they have stayed VERY small. at least the blue cheeses did. took them all about a month to switch over to flower and all have suffered heat problems among other problems, nutes and stunted growth. they are about 4-5 weeks in flower

BLUE CHEESE- one smells like a cheesy sugary smell and the other has the mustiest blueberry smell you could ever imagine. i might grow this strain again just to hope i can get another plant that has this smell. it is the best smell i have ever encounter on a plant! they are doing decent health wise now.

AMNESIA LEMON- all i can say from my experience is fuck this strain. only one out of three is anywhere near healthy. super sensitive to nutes and heat. i will never get near this strain again. this being said, this is only my experience. i am sure that it has done good for others.

i was gonna do a perpetual but i killed my second batch of seedlings, so pissed. the small ones were gonna be done with the ones i just chopped but they took a month to switch to flower, so they will be done with my sativa. so basically this is one grow cut into 2 harvest.

using a 400 watt hps and a grip of flouros. thanks for the compliment

Jact... my man. You got some wild plants there. So many diffrent srains, that's awesome. For starting out in the basemet crawl space they look great. The look great anyways, but you know what I mean. Having started plants under flouros and them moving to big hids, AND growing only under hid... you are going to love how the plants thrive under all that light.

Weird mutant bud.

I really like the bubbliscious.

The tss looks good too. I've only heard one other person NOT talk crap about that plant. I guess they don't know how to do it like you. It looks nice.

I also love the old school brown shag carpet... especially paired with the wood panelling.

Looking forward to seeing how the plants still growing progress.

Glad to have you on my new thread, and I'm glad to finally be on yours.

:peace:

so to keep my journal going until i can post some progress on my plants i will let you know a little more about my current set-up and review some products that i have been using.

lighting- HTG Supply basic 400 watt hps.
cost- 119.00, like 160 or so after shipping. for the price this light is a steal. obviously it cant compete with an air cooled system, but for $120 you cant complain. the hood is really small, dimensions are like 11x14x6. i would suggest this for a low budget grower. here is a link to the site.
http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=47929

for my exhaust fan i have a 6" 160 cfm duct booster inline fan. i got it at home depot for 30 bucks. honestly for my size box, 3.5x3.5x6, this is wayyyy to week. i am gonna have to upgrade sometime soon. here is the link.

also if someone could help me with how to enlarge pics on the post i would greatly appreciate it. if i copy paste photos, whether it be from my gallery on rui or my personal computer files, it just pastes a address of some sort. thanks

below is a pic of what i have left in my box. as you can see i have a ton of space to fill my next grow. the two fucked up looking ones to the right are my two hopeless amnesia lemons. they are basically butter when they are chopped.

What web browser are you using? In IE I just right click a pic, copy, then paste right into the text area (like right here).

However, I understand that doesn't seem to work for you, so...... if you want a pic big you can do it like this.

Find the image you want, right click, and select (damn... i don't know what you select because I don't know what browser you are on). Basically you want the pictures url (http://.......com/pic.jpg). Once you get that click the

button in the post tools. Then paste the address in the popup box. There you go. Nice bud by the way.
