The above is a false narrative that the country is race-neutral. It's not. When equal funding in schools is the norm. When people are no longer turned down for a job because of race. When interest rates are equitable and truly based upon ability to pay it back then we might be on our way towards race neutral society. That said, you didn't answer my question.
