The strain is Johnny Gail primav3ra Flats X Leroy BX 72 I try soaking them in a cup 24 hours I tried paper towel sandwich bag in the dark area I try moist cotton pads in a sandwich bag at no avail only have 3 left to pop It took me a while to get a hold of the strain smoke in California a couple years ago and loved it give me pointers on those beans how to pop with a higher chance to germinate been growing for a few years never had this issues with any seeds before

Crazy idea have you dropped them into a growing medium yet?

You might want to try this extremely controversial and out of the box idea.

Put them in soil. Water them. Keep it warm.
