If it is an aerocloner, I don't use any gels, powders or anything of the sort. Just snip on an angle, drop into cloner. If your cloner is like mine, cut the bottoms off of the net pots before use, or you won't be able to remove the roots from them.

Just fill with water and that is all. (Again, assuming you're referring to an aerocloner). I have 95+% success rate, and I typically have 12" of roots in 9-12 days using only tap water.

Yep, then like I said, if the little net pots have bottoms, cut off the bottoms as far down as you can (scissors works well). If you don't, your roots will grow through the holes at the bottom and be impossible to remove later for planting.

You should find that plain tap water works just fine, and buying rooting hormones is a waste of money. (The aerocloner will just wash it all off anyway).

If you need a pic of what I mean about the pots, let me know.

Pics? I typically notice a tiny bit of droop for the first couple days, but it sounds bad in your case. What is the temperature of the area the cloner is in?

ohhhh that doesn't look good at all. What are your temps? You might want to buy a water thermometer (a digital one for a fish tank is what I use).

Are you sure your nozzles are reaching the plants? How much of the stem is below the surface (length)?

looks like misters are not reaching. or your lights are too powerfull, if you run the pump 24/7 you shouldnt see droopage at all.
