Just wanted to post this somewhere, very cheap attic grow room.

24 25L autopots w/400 litre rez
15 11L fabric pots (hand watered)

Decided to set this up on a whim with my other grows currently at week 6 of flower, week 4 of flower and week 2 of flower.

Everything done on a budget with a few rolls of reflective insulation, a few reflective sheets and a few rolls of reflective ducting tape, a lot of gorilla tape, some screw hooks and some cable ties.

I still have a few late seeds (currently germinating) to add in hence the 6 empty pots.

Posting randomly since my last post was during my first grow lol, might update as these come on.

Autopots and autoflowers are meant for each other ! Looks great !

My second autopot grow , I yielded over 2 lbs from 2 autos in 9 gallon autopots with coco .

I’m planning on doing lso next run with my autopots - right now I’m playing with dwc , and building a rdwc system as well!

Nice, I should have been clearer I haven't actually done autos in the autopot yet those ones are photos the pics and message saying "this tent is autos" have sent separately. I currently have a tent with 8 photoperiods, another with 9, another 2 with 4 each, one with 6 and then a last tent with 9 autoflowers. This one is 24 autopots with photoeriods and now Im up to another 20 to be hand watered. I might run the autopot with autoflowers next time around though.

I couldn’t recommend it more . I was skeptical at first and unless you’re going medium-less , I don’t believe there’s a better way to grow killer autos and have massive yields .

If you’re on instagram , check out autopotamus. He’s the entire reason I switched to autopots for my autos . I’m currently running ohotoperiod in dwc , but the second I have the urge to pop some of my night owl collection , I’ll be running the autopots again for sure .

Keep up the good work !!

Them flexi tanks increadibly fragile. I used to only use those but one popped a hole and luckly only slow leaked. I just use them for runoff and try to keep mostly empty. I want something else tho.

Will definitely check it out , I might even buy a smaller autopot system and stick a few autos in it

It came with the rest of the autopot system, figured I'd get at least a few uses out of it lol, I had looked at the more solid plastic water butts though. Probably also won't fill the full 400L of the flexi tank as the weight might be a bit much, don't want the ceiling below caving in lol.

I wished they were better because its hard to find something that can truly safely hold 25 gallons or more. There are these hazard trash drums I used to see people use will probably do that. Solid thick plastic. I use 5 gallon buckets but have to replace all to a food grade as the bottoms are all cracking, displaying how heavy water is. The current buckets too thin.

Buckets are pretty thick too lol. I wouldnt use a trash bin I think theyre even thinner than a food grade bucket or just too thin for hundreds of pounds pushing at it. People do it tho. My grow would be permenantly shut down if I let a huge flood happen, would have to live somewhere else to grow. Landlords aint gonna allow that again if that happens, who would?

It's not legal where I am anyway, but in the case of the tank bursting I would just have to poke a hole in the roof and blame the weather it rains here a lot lol, I might try and reinforce the flexi tank somehow or just switch it out but as its brand new I would like to think it would last a little while at least.
You can buy water storage butts on amazon etc that are around 200-250 litre and relatively cheap
