The buckets drain on the floor never had a problem with it so far humidity stays downSick operation man. I used to use the same strong boxes for my aero/rdwc set up in the past. I still have them now and they hold my hoses, cords, and tool belts at work. lol. They hold up great.
As to the the plants in the 5 gal buckets yes that was what i was referring to and I got ya. Do you guys just water and let them drain on the floor or do yo not keep any drainage holes in the buckets for dirt ?
I have a 13000 btu stand alone I bought for my apartment I have been using for the room now. I have a second bigger window unit as well for my place in the summer if i don't get the chance to buy another till then. I vent the flower tent into the room and keep the room cooled. I do need to get a booster fan as a intake but I've been trying not to spend money at the moment. lol.
Thanks appreciate it..and yea you can scale down the buckets.. pumps.. everything to fit anywhere I've seen 4 2 gal buckets connected with a small pump and it'll still bump the smaller plants yeild 100%Wow very impresssed im thinking of doing something like that in my grow cabinet, i like the fact that its always recirculating always oxygenated. Very nice looking forward to seeing the progress
Yes deff took about a year of thinking and then six months of running the hydro side of things to figure out what I needed and what works best in that room... and this is the 3rd flowering room I've built..and id say its about 90% legit..Yea man excellent i know u put alot of thought ingenuity and hard work n dedication into that rig. My next major change will be the addition of u much bigger main res and float to my controller bucket when these girls get growing they eat alot! I think im gonna have to be more equipped and ready for summer when it gets here with the heat tho! Good stuff man
thats good to know im glad they'll double which is usually the standard for most plants on the indy side of things..I prefer to run indy bushes over saty bean poles myself I just hate the 2-3x strech of a satty plant I'd rather have a 3-4ft tall bush thats about 3ft wide..my pre 98' is exactly what i've been looking for in a plant to breed with its got the thick structure so it can hold itself up..big fans to produce alot of energy and a very bushy way of growing with very little training..so it'll produce the plant I want for my system without having to work it alot and stress it out with topping or LST..I do however do a form of super cropping but minus the bending of the branches what ill do is just twist the stalk in my hands lightly but enough to feel the inside of the stalk/branch snap it wont bend over if you do this correctly, I'll do this 4-5 times per branch once between each node if possible sometimes the branch will just twist and nothing happens I've found that it works best with stems that are more woody and firm then newly formed areas towards the top but to a point near the bottom..its a happy medium..Yea man gdp isnt gonna stretch much at all mine maybe doubled in size its a great plant for hydro.
