There is a catch 21 there. Courts are not going to hear the case. They don't want to, and they're not going to. They will continue to deny standing and probable cause. That could change if there were compelling evidence, but there isn't. And if there were compelling evidence, it would still never get to court just like Nixon was not impeached - Obama would resign.

And if it ever did get heard in say, the supreme court, I can't believe for a moment they would remove him from office. They would say that the system broke down as various players failed to verify Article 2 eligibility. BUT, because he was elected the will of the people in that election trumps eligibility. In other words, if you are ineligible and you manage to get elected anyway, you're in. I don't agree with that. The constitution says you have to be eligible to hold the office not just to run for it. But we might get beyond it without risking riots that way and theywould be mindful of that.

The Law doesn't give your and I a 'pass' so why should we let the law give others a pass. It's all about Justice for all (That's a hoot) and, more importantly, Accountability (Or the lack there of). And some people just like looking the other way.

As I said a few pages back or on another page- I think they will remove him from office as this will create civil unrest the likes of which we've never seen before and that (civil unrest) is all they need to issue Martial Law on a national basis.

The puppet masters that put him on stage know about his lack of cridentials. They also need to suspend the US Constittution- what better way than to remove the first 'black' president in history.
If I were black I'd be pisssed that he IS such a liar. Instead many blacks and other anit americans among us just love the fact that he's 'black'. HE'S HALF WHITE TOO !!! Flippin fools.

By our question we are helping people to see possible cracks in their foundation of beliefs and motivations. I, personally, reserve the right to be wrong. You ever notice that dem libs are NEVER wrong? IIt's always the other person that did such and such which is why I did this and that. etc.

BTW... If Obama is such a leader- why is he doing what Bush did- if Bush was so wrong??
