Man, I've never even heard of it. LOL. But if i had space or land i would definately be interested in a lil taste testing. Sounds like coffee but better and won't turn your teeth yellow.

Oh I remember reading about that stuff apparently gives you a mild meth buzz? Maybe that what that dude awhile back whats talking about when he asked how to grow a meth plant lol

Quite a popular in the ME and Africa, no? Correct me if I'm I'm wrong, but Khat has to be ingested within 48 hours or so after harvest, or else it is inactive? No wonder it's never surged in popularity here (West). It's a great prospect for future gardening endeavours, though ;)

hmm i didn't know that, still cant get anything but seeds here anyways so growing it is my only option..

Ahh, that's right.. when the leaves dry the cathinone is decomposed into cathine within 48 hours, a much less active chemical. Apparently it can kept fresh by maintaining the moisture within the plant, allowing for transport. As I look deeper into this, there have been numerous busts trying to import this stuff into Canada and US. I suppose with immigration of peoples, comes immigration of their magic plants too ;)
