Kind Led X750 thermal protection ??

I recently switched to the kind led x750 targeted full spectrum light in my 4x4 grow tent . After vegging for two weeks and my plants exploding , I upped the ppfd to 700+ with co2 . After so long , the light will trigger some sort of protection , and revert back to 25% power - vs the 100% power in after on the left hand channel . If this is a heat issue , would a clip on fan pointing at the driver , be enough to keep it from tripping ? Or should I remove the driver from the tent with an extension harness ? They sell an 8 foot extension , that would put the driver outside in a 65-70 degree lung room vs a 80 degree grow tent with all the heat passing the driver as it’s evacuated every 5 minutes .
I wouldn’t assume this is a warranty issue more so than just heat

Sorry to hear this. I would contact the Kind and ask them about the issue. It sounds like a defect.

I routinely run my 330 watt light at >1100 and have no issues.

My light has full spectrum / red/uv/ir .
I’m in veg so using no reds - but I also am running it at 100% and up high . Temps rarely are seen above 84-85 degrees at most with co2 , and .9-1.1 vpd .
I can’t seem to find anyone else having similar problems so I probably will reach out tomorrow
