Hey I’m a new grower and I’m not sure what’s happening some help would be appreciated!
Really slow plant growth and the leafs feel extremely dry.. the light is set about 28 inches away and the room is kept at a constant 69degrees and 70% humidity.

I fertilized and the the problems started to spring up so I tried to flush with PH Neutral water went into straight panic mode
(used gaia green all purpose 4-4-4, and have a coco/worm castings soil with pearlite )

you overfed them, that happened to me useing old soil by mistake, the soil had residual nutes in it, i think it was excess P & K LEFT OVER FROM THE LAST GROW oops caps lock,
if you have flused, watch the new growth and see if it has cleared up, new growth should be fine if the flush worked

i quite offten get a problem with the first true set of leaves that stay on those two leaves and the rest of the plant does just fine, i think its from my soil being too rich in nutes, and untill the plant gets used to it, it shows problems.
just remember its a weed in nature and can pull through most issues with nutes unless you keep giving them to it.
you should be just fine,
next time i would just repot them instead of feeding them good luck with the grow

True, and i was thinking about putting them in 5 gal pots but i hope i dont stres them to the point of herming later down the line

That would be where I start as well. A good flush. Let the soil dry and then give it a good watering, watching the plants response. Post some photos back here if you see things you want more help with.
