leaf problems

If they are in containers you will get maximum drainage as opposed to "in the earth" grows. I don't know where you keep these, but it sounds like you have to "visit" them. I built a few small clear umbrellas and one large one ( about 10' diameter) to let my plants get sunshine but no rain. I drive a PVC pipe in the ground low and slip the umbrella in ahead of a big rain system. I simply remove it after it dries out.

Fantastic idea but not for my situation. They are in 10litre pots so they will drain any excess water as you pointed out. How's things on your side of life do you have any thread you would recommend.

What are you feeding yours?

Ha Cracker Jax how's trix. I was reading some posts and came across something about the flowering light cycle. So my grow is outdoor but when it comes to flowering and the natural light goes 12/12 will a fool moon afect my girls. From what I understand any light leek during the dark may affect my grow. Or is this just a problem for indoor growing. What's your thoughts.

No, it will not effect them. The moon reflects about 5% of the suns light. Indoor plants are much more sensitive to light leakage than outdoor plants.

Think about it. If the moon screwed up the cycle of weed, or any other plant, it would be bad news for them. No, most plants are adapted to the moon, or they are already extinct....

Of coarse the moon has always been thare.

Wel hows trix. I'v just been away for a few days in the good weather. I made an A frame from 6mm round steel then wraped it in cling film an put the girls in it. I left both ends open for air. It workes a treat they grew about 6 inches and look good.

Hey, that's great to hear. Being able to control the rain fall will really improve your chances. Things are just ducky on my end. All the best! :peace:

Well i went out to see the girls. The good news is they look great, they have some brown spots but not bad.I checked my soil ph its high around 7.5 but y are happy looking. The camera let me down so no pics yet, I must go back tommorow anyway so wil get pics then.

:roll:I saw something for slugs on a gardening book. It recommends using iron filings around the base of the plant aparently the snails wont crawl on that stuf. I hope you can sort it dude.
