Leaf yellowing- confused over which deficiency

Ok i got 2 plants entering their 5th week of flowering. One has started to yellow around the bottom and middle of the plant where as the other is absolutely fine. I assumed my problem was the fact that i had this plant in a smaller pot as the runoff was sluggish in comparrison and so i thought the plant was slightly root bound thus drainage was a problem. I transferred it gently to another pot last night after advice, but would really like to see your views on whether you guys think it may be something else entirely.

The problem only affects mainly the middle of the plant on the old veg leaves and slightly at the bottom too. They are noticibly yellowing and also wilting and up close u will see wat looks like slight purplish shading within the yellowing. As u can see the flowering branches are still green and look healthy.

So should i be worried? i realise those leaves arent going to get better do i remove them or feed them something?

i am currently feeding both plants ph'd water to 6 with bio grow 1-2 mls and bloom 3mls with 2 mls of molasses. As i said the other plant is as healthy as can be, so ther than the pot problem i dunno wat to do, any advice? Check out my journal for other pics for a comparrison.

At this stage in bud development,you can expect the fan leaves to start yellowing from the bottom up.This is normal.Your other plant is just behind and will catch up. Nice buds by the way.

anyone else got any leaf yellowing theories?

looks streched but fine.
yellowing is normal at this stage.

however repotting is a bad idea. if you can put it back - do so.
if the plant starts developting roots it will focus on growth rather than flowering.
at week 5 of flowering the roots will stop to grow anyway.

If the plant has been in flower for a few week you can exspect yellowing of the leaves has the plant pulls the nitrogean from the leaves.But to be honest the leaves on your plant look more of a over watering situation.If the leaves are limp when you touch them they fold instead of been firm then cut the watering down.The plant should only need watering once a week at most two.Also i would take a note out of the greenhouse clips on you tube by flushing the plants at least once a fortnight once a week if you have the time.This will help get rid of any natural build up's like salt.It could also be that the plant is in too smaller tub than the plant needs put it in a bigger tub and flush see if this makes a differance.But let the plant dry after feeding this will force the plant to get a bigger root mass thus giveing you a larger crop.Flush and feed at the same time just use water ph of around 5.5 and then once the plant has let most of the water run off add new made nutrients this may sound like alot of water but this is how to get the best out of the plants.You will have that much moisture in the tub the plants will not need feeding for a week.And before anyone says it this ammount of water will not harm the plants.

This is why i repotted to a bigger pot the other day>>> i had this plant in a smaller pot than the other plant. It was hard to get run off despite giving it 2 litres of watering (whereas the other plant i have shows run off after only 1 litre) i transplanted to another because when soil testing although 3/4 of the soil was dry as a bone the bottom of the pot was always quite wet. I just want to know if you reckon this will have sorted my yellowing problem as my other plant is fine not one yellow leaf, so i doubt that im over watering in the true sense , more a case of a drainage problem that has hopefully been rectified now?

this is typically normal but u say u have another plant of the same strain that is not yellowing at all...
then i suppose u could have had a drainage problem....when its not draining,its holding water....thus drowning/overwatering ur plant.....
next time put more holes in the bottom or put some grow rocks on the bottom or add more drainage to ur soil mix

thanks for your reply, hopefully the yellowing will stop a little now ive repotted, i was very gentle so hopefully i havent stressed it too much.

Ok i think the bottom of the plant is still yellowing, i've taken the worst leaves off and taken some pics. The other plant is starting to yellow a little down the bottom with the same trademark droopiness of the affected leaves. Still nothing i should be worried about?

I've upped my biogrow to 2mls and added a ml of algamic to my 4 mls bllom and molasses to see if that cures it

I think they look nice. The yellowing is normal but if our really worried a phosporus defficency
bottom leaves yellow and stems turn purple (I couldn't tell from the pics) I think that's
one of the most common. There's a whole list of them on the plant problems section.
They look really nice tho. Prob just normal stuff

you reckon i should cut the droopy yellow leaves if they are too far gone ?
