Leave edges turning brown on seedling

Hello, my little seedlings sprouted about 3-4 days ago and the edges of the leaves have started to go a bit brownish pics below, I had the temp at 77 ish without any circulation to begin with but now am using a exhaust fan with passive intake, the temp are around 70 ish ATM and I've been watering regularly when needed so can't see the issue and why the leaves are going brown, any ideas?

Are you feeding it already? What type of soil? Starter or bagged that contains nutes? You may be watering too much also, or the lights are too close and you got the leaves wet when you watered.
Need more info so the smart guys can help you out. I am a noob so only know about my mistakes!
Good luck

What is All mix? home made? Store bought? timed release?
Tap, RO, or distilled water? anything added?
2 to 300 Watts of LED Light may be too strong even at 26" for a seedling, usually I use a Cree flood and a 23 Watt CFL for a plant that young.
White light photos work better for identifying plant problems.

its a store bought mix, im using tap water currently, since ive woke up this morning my seedling has straightened out a bit and the leaves are growing nicely the browing is getting worse so i think it may have been heat stress due to no curculation for the first few days, ill keep updating if the issue becomes worse.
