Hi people, i just started growing, and there is maybe some problems with the plants.

1. problem:
The plant is about 3 weeks old, and first i missed to water it for a day, and the medium dried and plant wilted. I watered it, and within a day, tha plant looked fresh and vigorous. However, a day after that, i have noticed it has wilted again, and even before i have noticed tips of the leaves dry, now the entire bottom leaves have dryed.

-I water every day, medium dries quickly, it is a prepacked coco coir, so should i maybe transplant it somewhere, since roots are going out?
- they are under 18/6 light regime
- i use 400W mh lamp
- the temperature peaks at 30C, ranging from 16C in the night period.
- i try to keep the environment humid, and ocasionally cover them with plastic, however, the light is hot, and it dries the area quickly to 30% humidity if i dont cover them.
- i water with the "starter" nutrient from my hydroponic shop, which i started adding to water 1 and a 1/2 weeks after germination.
_ i dont know anything about soils/waters ph though.

2. problem: As you can see, green algae is collecting on the medium, more on rockwool cube than on the coco. Is it dangerous to the plants?

3. problem, well this is maybe offtopic, but if someone has experience with this, it would be nice to find out whats wrong with this. I have a couple of salvia plants, which can be seen in the pictures, that are grown under same conditions as the cannabis, except they are noe more tham 4 months old, and still growing very poor. Lose one leaf, gain another. And the roots dont seem very developed. It starts to yellow, than lose the leaf.

Thanks guys for taking time to address this :)

As you can see
As I can see the pics didn't work. The temps running day after day at 30c + is no good and you will have to fix this first, I recommend a cooltube 400w ,exhaust from the cooltube (one end open) to outside and osc fans running 24/7
