Ok so I found a company that makes pretty good LED lights, here are some of their claims for the light. It's either this or this 400w lumatek system i found online that has the interchangeable HPS n MH bulbs. Ok so here are the specs for the LED light.
Features Input Voltage - 110 +/_ 10% 50-60 hz
Power Output - 120 Watt (More powerful than a 500 Watt HPS)
LED Configuration - 112 x 1.07 Watt LED, 100 Red + 12 Blue
BridgeLux Blue LED (USA Made)
Lux (center) - 118 Lux/2.5m 55 lux/3.5m
Lumen - Approx. 3600 Lm
Lighting Coverage - 12 SQ. FT +/_
Lifespan - 50,000 Hrs
LED made by BridgeLux (USA)
WaveLength - Red=630nm, Blue=452nm
What throws me of is the amount of Lumen. 3600?!?!?! thats nothing, is that correct or am i missing something? I wanted something with atleast 20,000.
And the Wavelength, anyone know if those are the optimal numbers for photosynthesis?
All the help is greatly appreciated.
