Can you provide a source or a link to this information?

I have bought from them numerous times, and never had a problem. When I saw this, I felt a little concerned.

However, most people"hear" things on the internet and stake it as truth. Can you provide any more data or links in order to back up this claim? This is a pretty serious thing to be saying about a company in which I do business with, and I wish to know the validity in it.

I heard one guy called the customer service and the DEA used the phone connection to teleport to his location Matrix style and they busted his 1 plant scrog and he went away for life to a place where he befriended a black guy, eventually he tunneled out and met the dude on a beach. Crazy shit happens to you when you call the customer service there!
 
my experience with gotham hydro has been fantastic. The power cord was not working, so they shipped me a new one. I just borrowed one from my turntables no harm no foul. Ill buy from them again most likely, unless I can afford one of the 'big three'
 
What do you guys think about glh spectra 500. The ones mike has been selling on eBay
he's offered me one fir 675 shipped but some have warned there not good lights.the 2011 models atleast. The intensity problems.I asked mike about it and he assured me all warrantees would apply. I'd shoot myself if I blew that much on a shitty light. Please help meeeeee
 
Back in 2010 I called lighthouse hydro on the fourth of July someone answered the phone in a very angry tone saying "WERE CLOSED" I then responded with saying that they ran a shitty ass business and hung up the phone. He called back and left a message saying tons of rotten things that my grandmother eventually heard and asked me why people were leaving me nasty messages I pretty much gave up on LED ever since.
 
What was the point in posting that dapio? As far as glh goes I dont see anybody using those but some of their little cheerleaders probably why hes offering deals and on ebay so do what you think is right. :bigjoint:
 
I don't know I have been subscribed here for awhile now read the last few comments about customer service with lighthouse no point really just my 2 cents I love the idea of LED lighting hope to change one day.
 
I ve only had good experience dealing with those guys Ill vouge for them VIC is the guy who i spoke with he even threw in light hanger for free

My advice here would be to stay away from glh spectra lights until he figures out the issue with his lights. I've seen many unhappy customers of his over the past few months because his lights don't just work for whatever reason. I recommend either waiting til that is ironed out and you know you are getting a problem free light or go with another proven and trusted brand that you know will work. Good luck.
 
I like my blackstar, I cant wait to use it for a full grow. I have the 240w model... just dont let the low heat make you think you can have the panel super close to the canopy... coz bad things will happen :(
 
been wondering for a while this hadn't been moved lol. hope all you LED'ers are growing it up, I've got about 3 weeks till harvest & cant fuckin wait :)

what is too close with the blackstar 240 in your experience?
