There are lots of alternatives to your deep throating of the state to get a cookie from them though. You could disobey and bite their figurative dick, you could move to Somalia, you could move to another plantation within the USA where slaves have "permission" to have a little bit of cannabis or you could grow anyway.

Instead, you chose to propose a law which benefits you and potentially puts SOME people in jail for cannabis, then you claim there is nothing prohibitionist about your proposed law, when it includes a prohibition right in the proposal itself. Fucking stupid? Hmmmm.

They just choose not to prosecute it. Which is the natural order of things. The beautiful thing about my idea is that it eventually leads to full legalization.
Probably Farmers markets at first, or clubs like Spain

No it's actually because the Spanish constitution disallows the Govt from restricting what people do in their private spaces.

you say illegal to sell, basically keeping the current prohibition on the sale of MJ. Removing the prohibition on growing and possessing is a step towards legalization because it removes stigma and barriers towards MJ use, basically putting it on the same footing as alcohol,

I don't see how your proposal enables Farmer's markets or clubs. Your proposal does not eliminate law enforcement. To maintain funding DEA and ATF agents need make arrests as well as generate revenue through fines and property confiscation. Any place where money exchanges hands to transfer MJ will be their target.

I would like to reiterate. It is illegal to sell weed in Spain. But because of the way the law is, it is stopping no one. The big difference is no one is getting busted for it because now it is a low priority and not easy to prove

Reasonable question. I don't oppose people growing their own. I oppose any entity thinking they have the authority to prevent it or "regulate" it. Also, you used the term "freely" incorrectly. It's not "freely" if it is regulated.

Chesus proposed law is a step sideways and does not address the root problem of prohibition. The root problem is Prohibition advances the wrongful idea that we, as individuals do not own ourselves. I DO own myself though, so do you.

There is NO higher authority over me, (or you) than us as respective individuals as long as we leave others alone. Prohibition steals self ownership, blatantly. You don't solve that problem and regain self ownership by being granted "permission" , that is absurd.



A default position that "permission" must be granted by government to people in order to use cannabis is a step down the slippery slope. It continues a precedent that "rights" can be changed to revokable privileges.

Cannabis should be decriminalized, period.

No limits, no strings, no taxes, no nannys...Government should stay the fuck out of peoples lives.

I'm quite healthy. Just yesterday I carried 80 lbs of water a mile or so uphill in a backpack and in my hands.

It seems like your goal is to distract from defending your silly law prohibitionist law proposal, because I so thoroughly trounced your idea.

I have lots of goals in life, some of them have been met, some I'm still working on.

One question though, do you ride a Sportster because the other bikes are too big for you little fella?
