Your medium is much too wet, remix that medium with 50% perlite and it will recover quickly. Good luck!

it has a bunch of clay pebbles mixed in the soil, I guess I need to remove the sauce pan in the bottome of the pot. Thanks a lot!!!!

Im also starting to believe its nutrient lock out as well??
