In Jorge Cervantez's book it says up to two weeks. But even then it will take awhile for the cuttings to revert back.

Haven't had anything in to flower yet so I don't know from personal experience.

here some updated pics the mothers were getting big so i trimmed Mother 1 alot since she was going back into the veg room for clones later got alot of cuttings for butter cant wait to try that ( i guess i have to grind up all my cuttings to see how many grams it is before i know its a enough to cook with) I cut Mother 2 around the bottom all dead leaves and anything hanging down in the pellets.

I cant get my temps in the flower room below 88 it goes up and down i had it at 78 but then it went back up grr oh well i have Mother 2 in the flower room for right now im just going to leave the light on so i can check temps and humidity all day at night i will shut off the lights for 24 hours or a little longer to start her flowering period........i noticed that i get a different temp and humidity reading depending on were my thermostat is i have two in the flowering room right now one on the floor and one on the screen the floor reads 78 temp and 60 humidity and on the screen its 88 temp and 44 humidity

Dude, if you flowered one of those they would be HUGE!!!!!! Mines already doubled in size in the waterfarm and it wasn't as big as yours when I put it in... its at 45'' right now. Looks like I'm gonna pull some serious nug off this plant. Looks like your gonna do the same. Plants look amazing man, good work.

Thanks man, i figured as much thats why i went with scrog and took out my table that was in there for my sog, now i have 3 more feet, 6 feet total the light is around 2.5 feet away from the top of the plant and the screen i can raise the light another foot but if the plant gets to tall it might be like 5, 6 inches away from the light the plant is around 36" tall

I moved my temp sensors to the hottest place and worked from there. It's amazing how much of a difference airflow is when you keep bends/obstructions to a minimum and seal leaks. If you are using the screen I would bend the plant 90 degrees at screen height (12 inches maybe).

I tried using a screen like what you have and learned a lot. I think that screen you made will work great, but removing every other rung/wire might be a good idea. I only say that because I noticed some issues with manipulating limbs/branches through the narrow spaces, and that may allow more air to circulate. I like using such device because the long spaces between the rungs/wire allow you to fish l-o-n-g branches through, which allows the plant to grow taller above the screen while still being able to tuck it under eventually.

I have never grown a full sized vertical plant, but I believe the screen is the way to go when limitted on space. I'm amazed at how cool this is and how much herb I'll get form it. And just think man, it'll only get beter with our experience.

Since I have a card to grow this, I wound if I can send it thru US postal service without issue? I want to set up a sampling center... lol

I have been thinking about setting up next box with CFL side lighting for vegging cycles. That way i would not have to tuck, the gurls would grow laterally under screen towards light. Hmmm.... Then switch to HID when I want fruit... Wow, I like this so far.

Thanks for the info ... yea thats what im doing trial and error learning from my mistakes...... i started in the hottest area but for some reason it all depends on the outside weather what the temp is in the room i just fuk it and let see what happens....i was thinking of switching to 250hps for less heat but that will give less yield to....right now the flower is in dark for 24 hours i will be checking the temp the humidity in the dark to see what thats going to be like and if i need to put some fans on timers to shutoff during dark period....with the usps i wouldnt i would just go with ups of dsl or fedex there good they dont check just pay and its shipped

Hey Nuggy... I know its more money to spend and more power consumption but have you thought about one of those small r2d2 type air conditioners. I'm sure it would solve your heating issues.:?: Careful they suck out a lot humidity.

yea i have two airconditioners the portable ones i have one in the room right next to the flower room but the flower room takes air from the outside and the flower room is to small to fit one in there right now the humidity is 60 and the temp is 65 lights off how high can the humidity get in lights off ??

if you got AC's and access to outside air, you're golden. Run dual 8" ducting in and out. that way you are bringing in the fresh air and not sucking out all the humidity in the same indoor air.

anyhow, try it and see how they do. I hear that C02 will allow higher temperatures...

right now i have all 4'' ducing besides my outake blower is a 6'' with a reducer to 4''.............this was my first night of flowering why i was asleep i got up every once in a while to check on it ....the temp stayed around 82 and the humidity was 39 so that should be alright i have heard of worse..................i do have a 2litter bottel i made into a C02 setup i got off of DIY thread so i hope that will help with the temps

I think you'll be okay as long as it doesn't warm up outdoors too soon.

It sounds like you got the solution already, you just need to put it all together in the most efficient way. I was just using 8" as the example because it's very wide and has much less resistance than the 4".

[BTW 5" insulated duct accepts 120mm PC (12v DC)fans if you cut the corners off the fan case]

I bought a humudifier from amazon for 50 bucks and it has a thermometer and hygrometer/humidity setting to maintain a certain level. Thus far, it has worked great.

Company is named SPT and I like this device. I got it in my dark cabinet keeping drying buds at 47% humidity so they slow dry for maximum flavor. You'll be saying "Sham_Wow!"
