Buying cannabis seeds over seas is not illegal important of Plant material is but because you could cause a envasive species or spread unchallenged disease since it's already here as long as you don't water it it is legal i have had my un Germinated seeds "confiscated" by a p.o in the past and he tried his hardest to get a charge but failed

i guess they can't tell just by the seeds it's cannabis i mean they know but they can't prove it ever read a customs letter "unknown" seed material for propagation they would have to do a sting on the company and actually place a order(Marc emery)

but the entire thing makes me uneasy being in the us it would be simple to turn it into a set up or get records not a warrant but anuff for a investigation I would rather stay off the radar then try and sneak threw it just my $0.02

Here's an illustration of why hustlers are not always a bad thing:

Back in the day, lots of cats hustled $5 nickel bags of weed in a certain area of town. That's where you'd drive to do a fast buy and run if everyone else had nothing. You never knew what you'd get if you copped from the first guy that rushed your car. I ended up with straw or worse more than once, and you didn't go back for a refund, you know? But the hustler that always wore a neon orange cap......his nickels would always be weed. Seeded, brick weed, but weed you could get high on. That cat was a reliable last resort for years.

There's a point in there, I promise.:eyesmoke:
Hey amos ..That first guy sounds dangerous , I might have met him once, gave me a cat turd in a sandwich bag , weighted exactly 3.5g,,,was honest about the weight but damn..whata hustler..lol

Why worie about other peoples busness eather buy your beans or don't buy your beans. That is what is wrong with things in this world is some people cant stand other people making a few bucks and talk to much about it,but the truth be told othere people would be selling seeds if they had the balls to breed the beans and ship them like some do to help us all out.IAM glad they are selling beans in the states that way you keep the money in the states where it is needed the most..ky
Why worry about other peoples business buy your beans....

well because if that place gets raided, and its a place you bought your beans from, in an illegal state, they have all your information. I mean, thats something to worry about if you are in a state that can lock you up for a life time for growing MJ....

You really dont think people should worry?

So u guys think they have records of us still laying around from old purchases? Thedankteam when NGR was up when u would checkout it would show up as something totally different it doesn't do that no more I wonder if they still hide your purchases in some way any ways even if they do find your info what can they do with it ?

Call your lawyer and ask him. They can do PLENTY with the information.

sure but they would have to prove you are cultivating or whose to say u haven't already finished growing? by that logic previous seed busts would of led to every major grower busts yet many forums are still thriving with plenty of old school growers
That is super simplifying.
Up until recently, they were NOT selling seeds from within the US.
And because of all the recent law changes, they really havent done much. That doesnt mean it wont or cannot change.
The previous years and years and years of seeds came from overseas. So previous seed busts have no bearing on this.

No it is not u think packages coming from overseas was less acknowledgeable?how many times packages have gotten snagged and u think they never thought twice about it? Whose to say u ever even got your package from local seedbanks? Could say it was stolen or something unless your running a huge illegal operation it will be hard for them to prove so without violating ones rights

You clearly dont understand how it works. When a package is taken in customs it is put in this big giant huge room. It isnt DEA raiding customs offices and taking their stuff.

If DEA raids a place in Colorado they take everything including all their customer information. They cant raid places in the UK and take their information. You do realize that even today DEA and the FEDS take peoples property on a regular basis on the SUSPICION of manufacturing or selling drugs. Happens all the time.

But wouldn't you think getting rid of evidence would be top priority to an illegal seed bank? I know if I where to do it I'd make it impossible for the DEA to put together a solid case. I also would not stay in one place many things you can do. Innocent until proven guilty.
