Yea you’re right just threw me off a bit lol

I’d personally just be worried about headspace and watering such a small seedling in that size of pot.
It's definitely a big pot to start in if you don't know what you are doing... Head space might be ok if he uses a scrog screen... Even though a scrog is more ideal with a photo that you can flip to flower when you want. Just build a little 22x22 grid off the pot with some bamboo poles. Or stick to strains that stay shorter like Mephisto 24 Carat or Green Crack.

I'm planning on using lst to guide their height.

My first grow in 20 years. I used a Power Grower from General Hydroponics.
This is Fast Buds CBD Crack. It produced 3.5 ounces and never got taller than a foot.

Second auto grow was Dinafem WWXXL grown in a one gallon hand-watered ebb and flow set up. It produced 3.1 ounces.

Now I need some Auto expertise here. This plant is named Big Yeild. It took a long time to get started. I thought it was going to be 6 inches tall. But it did grow up. My question is how much longer? It was supposed to be in Dunn on Christmas. I think it's got another month?20220124_191353.jpg

Green Crack from Capt Redbeard. Nice stocky plants with a heavy yield.
What I've noticed with all of my grows in soil, my Roots mainly stayed in the size of a saucer plate. My science tells
me? That I have my fertilizer schedule and brand, Advance Nutes. 3 + 1 is Right On Target because the roots do not need to grow because everything that they need is available to them right there in the first 8 in. Am I correct?
