Here is the number of the federal privacy commission to file a formal complaint 1-800-282- 1376
and health Canada's privacy office 1-613-946-3179 or email at amanda.wilson@hc\sc.gc.ca(not 100 percent on the spelling of her first name)
I called Ontario's privacy commission and they forwarded me to the federal privacy commission,where I was told the matter was under investigation and they suggested I call health Canada's privacy office.

OK FOLKS.. If you are not a member of the MMAR Coalition Against Repeal, you need to get involved. This was posted yesterday on our Facebook page:

A second national class action law is being prepared by Branch and MacMaster Law Firm. This is one of the largest Class Action Firms in the country.

Send an email. They are getting a 2nd site set up for this law suit, to keep people updated.. It should be launched Monday or so. Best thing to do is watch the Coalition page for updates at this point.

Even though I had a heads up from here, it still pissed me off to physically see that in my mail box. Any other piece of correspondence I've received from them was in a big cardboard envelope. What were they thinking??

They were thinking "Fuck you patients we're a bunch of criminals who will happily break important laws to endanger you for a political point because we have no conscience at all."

Some one needs to go to jail over this, laws were broken. They said it was a mistake. Fuck you like this wasn't a strictly ingrained policy you lying mother fuckers. This would have been a major endeavor. Anyone involved should be thrown in jail (because they broke the law and ignorance of the law isn't a fucking excuse, of course this wasn't ignorance this was deliberate).

i never could wrap my head around why anyone would tell any government that they grow. what did you think was gonna happen! look what the usa did to eradicate the growing of hemp, you need a permit, n to get it you had to show proof that you grew hemp, but hemp was illegal to grow without the permit...i feel bad for everyone that tried to go legit, but it's impossible to do if only 1 side is legit...

A whole new set of laws being influenced by big pharama, tobacco and other lobbyists.

I doubt I would ever admit I am legal to the feds.

I debated this aspect with myself prior to getting legal access.I had little or no choice due to my spouses occupation....
That being said ,there was no way to factor in H.C.'s lack decency for maintaining your medical privacy...(that was supposed to be a given).

Ya man Im one of us. Believe me I care! My neighbour is sisters with the lady at the post office. Now the whole fucking neighbourhood knows I grow. Maybe I will will unhook my 1000$ filtration system and and let this OG and Chemdawg fill the neighbourhood.
this is going to affect my business and potential home sale as the real estate agents will surely find out too. Thing is average person thinks 'Grow Op' as portrayed by the media. They dont see my legally contructed, environmentally controlled grow in the corner of my basement. They see a house full of plants and me sleeping on a cot in the corner. HC did this on fucking purpose!!

I can see in the eyes of the people of my little Conservative town that I have now gone from an upstanding, respected businessman to a lazy burned out stoner running a grow op and selling doobies to their kids through the school fence. This is making me sick. I can ALMOST relate to the local pediphile that was driven out of town.
