Light height 400w

Your plant looks ok. If the light was too weak then it would likely stretch and get "leggy". Many strains veg really slow and then explode when you flip them.

What kind of light is it?

Your plant can be as close as 12 inches from a 400 watt HPS/MH provided there is adequate airflow circulation and the temps are ok, not saying this little one needs to be that close. Put your hand under the light and check the heat, if it's hot to you then it's hot to the plant.

You might wanna roll down the walls around the plant so it gets more airflow.

Rolled the walls down thanks think it has made a difference straight away

Don’t worry. They’ll probably stretch like mad when you flip them.
Some of the best strains I have grown do that, they veg really slow and explode when you flip them. One I had was called Shiva. It was a land race from the india pakistan border. Pure indica as you could get. It vegged really slow and stayed very small but when you flipped to flower it would explode and make fat heavy resin laden colas. Taking 6 inch clones and rooting them for 20 days they would end up about 8 inches tall, I would pot them and straight to flower in a flood and drain SoG 48 per 4x4 / 1kW SE HPS. Lollipoped at day 20. They ended up 40 - 44 inches tall with 20 - 21 gram colas. I think that strain grew like that because it was arid in it's native climate until later in the season when it would flower. Natural selection favored a strain that just idled until flower
