Have you tried running the duct into a corner or a darker area of the room that your grow room is in? What's your set up? Are you growin in a box or in an open area? If your growin in a box, I would put duct work on the outside and the inside. As well as snakein them the best you can without restricting air flow. Kinda hard to say without being there, yaknow.

Air Box 1.jpgAir Box 5.jpgAir Box 3.jpgAir Box 2.jpgI built this box to go along with a furnace filter. I made it so that air must turn a corner, that way the mammas are not exposed to light while they are sleeping.

Yeah. Put a dryer baffle in your intake duct. You know the circles with flaps on the outside of your house? Buy a brown/black one and put it in backwards so the flaps open inwards. They'll open maybe an 1/8th-1/4 inch? I had one on the door to my grow closet once upon a time, the barest ghost of a glow. Given you have ducting, I'd assume the light wouldn't escape. Spraying the inside of the ducting black would help as well.
