I have a Full spectrum light, Will this grow the plant or no. I dont need to know that i need a hps light or whatever it is so please dont post that.

Depends what you want to accomplish with your grow. You can grow a plant under a few cfl's and get some bud.. your light's power will play the biggest factor in your potential yeild.

It's a Ge Full spectrum 60 watt light.

Well, typically wattage is a good starting point when trying to guess potential possibility.
You may get an ounce if you take care of the plant.
