Light timing

This is probably going to be the stupidest thing you’ve heard but got to ask it, i germinated 3 seeds about a month ago they are now small plants I’ve had them under a small light as it’s been raining ever since and couldn’t put them outside, I couldn’t find my timer so I’ve been turning them on and off manually everyday at a different time just always above 12 hours of light. Will this turn them in to a hermie?

no, slight fluctuations like that won't cause it to hermie.

I just did a whole run without a timer. In veg it really doesn't matter at all as long as you don't have many 12h+ nights in a row

I would look into a digital timer. Plants get a rhythm and if you constantly mess with it you can cause stress.
