the size works out perfect for what im growing for..plus ill be using mostly lowryders and short auto flowers..as for the T5s its the 50w HOs 6500K bulbs ..are the florasuns different? i just looked them up and they match up with the bulbs I already have in the fixture.... also do you think cree bulbs will be enough?...

I am useing 120mm PC fans for intake and out take.. plus im gonna add a 4inch or 6inch fan inside the box.. Im just waiting for the seeds to arrive so i can start my grow

So I went and bought 4 cree light bulb...2 are 2700k and 2 are 5000K. I was wondering if i mount these on the top of the grow box and mount my T5HO on the back side on the grow box would that work ok? cause if i mount the crees on the top, i wont be able to lower them they will be stationary... I tried hooking the Crees to the T5 and that is a no go...BTW those Crees are BRIGHT! blinded me

Question...when counting your watts do you count the wattage for each bulb? or do you count the watts it uses?? I know its prob a silly question..

i personally go by total amps so I know what I'm able to run on each circuit / breaker.. total actual watts if you are trying to figure cost or gpw

The wattage that is actually being used/payed for.
You have four 9w bulbs + two 24w t5's...so 84w total.

Ok the box is done beans are finally here!... so here's the deal. As you can see im running the T5s and I have 2x 9.5w=65w each 2700k cree bulbs and 2x 9.5w=65w 5000k bulbs... my question is.... do you think this is enough lights to grow 2 plants? or should i add 2 more bulbs? if i dont have to i would rather not..but if I do then I will...

I actually already bought happy frog and gonna add perlite to the mix for the first 3weeks then start adding my nutes..I havent really decided what nutes I wanna use as of yet... Gonna germ a few seeds and get these babies going... I will deff be posting pictures and start a grow journal as it goes..I just havent decided what seeds wanna go with for the first run

Well go figure...still gotta wait for the dispensaries to open..till who knows when..So i started my Legal medical grow...Im only growing two plants..Afghan Kush and Easyryder..They are in week 2...I got rid of the cree bulbs and went with the Bloomboss 90w Led...And i gotta say..I am very happy with the Ufo esp with the space Im useing..Im gonna post some photos either tonight or tomorrow...from the start..I was wondering do you guys think I should just start a grow Journal??
