lighting help

i was just wondering if two 42 watt CFL lights would be enough for two plants in a rubbermade growbox i covered the thing in tinfoil for relfection and i also have two small computer fans wired to a 12v charger for air circulation and a small hand held fan inside to flow the air around inside. its going to be my first grow and i only wanna grow two mini plants for some bud.

The two lights should be fine as long as your not trying to flower. Use the shaded side of the foil if you have to use it otherwise you might end up with some burns on the leaves.

i havent started my grow yet im getting some bagseed and im going to start when i have the lights.. why cant i flower with these lights? how much lighting would i need?

anyone? this light is not enough to flower?
