ok i just ordered easy ryder would a 150watt hps light be efficent enough from her flowering stage

Yes but I would probably add some CFL's to it to help it along :0

like said above...get some blue spectrum cfls and red spectrum cfls. 1 or 2 for each spectrum.
place each light about an inch or two away from fan leaves. probably more towards the bottom.
itll do just dandy.
use age old grow for veg nutes.
use floranova for nutes during flower stage.
1 tbsp per gallon once a week.
youll get some FAT buds.

It would be perfect for two plants,( or 3-4 small ones) even better for one plant.

Just stay with cfl's if you don't want to get a grow light. you'll be better off placing your lights where you need them. 3-42w cfl's will put out more lumas then the 150w hps.
