thought you might say that... well, if you have a smartphone... there's a decent app that's rated up there as closest to the real thing... PHOTONE even teaches you how to use it .. worth a try.

The lights the op has aren't adequate for his grow. It's never a good idea to skimp on environmental equipment in a grow.

Five "Burple*" lights = about 500 watts, give or take.
--Look on the label - some of them have their true power on the label.
IMHO, 500w is a bit low for a 3' X 5' space. 33W / Sq ft. Still workable, you might be a little fluffier than you'd like at harvest.
For example - I'm running 520w in a 2x4 (Viparspectra V-600 ---- actual draw 260w ea with both switches on)
*nickname for the horrific color - take pics with a regular light and / or flash
