i have my lights on 12/12 from 8am-8pm and i was wondering if i was able to swith my lights from 8pm-8am? and if so should i just do 24 hours of dark then have the lights come back on? i'm in the 3rd week of bloom

Why switch? Why not leave them be? They would be less obvious if left on current schedule on in morning and off at night.

they have to be moved for a few hours during there light cycle.

exactly... keep them dark for an extra 12 hours RATHER than 24 hours of light (NO NO)
