Any LED bar style or quantum board in the 3000K spectrum will be fine.
Trying to steer clear of too much full spectrum

Never heard of a mother specific spectrum or light but common sense says Metal halide, T5 or an LED 5k -6500 but even crap blurples veg well .
Personally I'd probably go with MH but that because I still like HID for veg and MH gives a tighter internode spacing.

I know it's not necessary but there's some spectrum that keeps things shorter and stockier great for mother's. I believe luxx has one like this but there quite expensive.

A mother and a vegging plant are essentially the same thing, and both grow fine under a full spectrum.

I always used t5s with blue bulbs til recently & did Great, plenty of available cuts. Theyre cheap & plentiful.Or find the right led with the blues & run up high above the plants unless you need lots of cuts

Hlg b spec? Could be a good shout, it depends on how fast u wanna be dealing with material though, I used to use blue t5s cos they took ages but stacked tight which was what I needed at that point

Hi output t5's..(cool/blue) keep them 3-4 inches off the canopy and they'll keep node spacing tight..
