Lightweight bud

i grew 12 plants of 4 different Dutch passion strains. 5 gal pots, all organic. All grew very well, we're really frosty with fat buds and colas. After curing the smoke is great with even better potency. The problem is is its all so light , very light. Most went 10-12 weeks in bloom under 600w hps. Why the light weight? This is my 2nd grow and I'm looking for a more experienced opinion as to why the light weight, Thanks for your time. These are representative pics of the buds

Did you check the trichomes for cloudiness before chop, how long were these in flower? The plant looks great btw
I kept a close eye on the trichomes, cloudy with some Amber, some were all cloudy , some were more Amber. I had clear and Amber on some of the plants. They dry well. 4-5 days in the grow room of 40% rh until the stem gets ready to snap then jar it up and start burping them. I clean them up by removing the leaves up to the trichome line before drying.

Maybe I'll try hydro buckets again, sure is more work than soil tho. This is a blueberry strain. It has held its aroma well in the jar during its cure. What a good high this smoke gives, best of all is you do not crash, not at all. It's one you can get things done with and not get sleepy.

On the other hand, it is giving you everything you could want, great smoke, good aroma, a fantastic high that doesn't put you to sleep. So it sounds more like the ultimate plant. Cheers.
