little black bugs on underside of leaves

I have been flowering for a while and i noticed some of my leaves did not look too healthy, kinda speckled and looked and i have little black bugs on the underside. Only the bottom half of the plants have these. What should I do. Honestly it looks like my plant can live on with the bugs but I would like them gone of course.

the black bugs do crawl around and look like they kinda have orange faces or pincher type things cant really tell and I do not have any spider webs

your going to have to get an insecticide i use scotts eco sense. you can buy insecticides at places like home hardware, walmart, canadian tire.. i cant really think of any other places but yea just spray the plant down from head to toe not to think just a nice little mist, make sure you get the soil as well and the underleaves of the plant (were the spider mites live) spray once in the morining and once at night and within two weeks all your little black dots will have gone never to return.

Happy growing and good luck with the bugs..

I would avoid spraying during flowering if you can.....how far into flowering are you? If you can lower the temperature and increase the humidity it will slow their lifecycle

i dont have a good time line for this plant since i kinda rescued it but I think i am pretty far into flowering, my plant started showing signs of bud formation 3 weeks ago about, I was thinking about trying to lower the temps and mist with water is that a good idea?

Go to your local Hydro store and get Neem oil that is already in a spray bottle. Runs about $10. You can use it up til you harvest if need to. Its a damn good investment imo.

Neem oil is great and works good too, However i would be reluctant to spray right up till harvest. Sometimes you dont have a choice though.......good luck man

You will need to spray it on the leaves so I would try to find pre mixed, ready to use, neem oil. Then you wont have to worry about mixing and what not. I have never had a big issue with bugs but at the first sign, I'm spraying.

And BC is right, be reluctant to spray up til harvest unless you just have to. I hope you get it under control before then.......

spray every 3 days for the next few weeks. and soak everything. tops bottoms and stems. After the first two sprays you wont see many.

I've not seen neem premixed and ready to spray. i would just buy it and mix it (like I have) then you will have some left for the next round of spraying. you will need to spray again in 4-5 days to kill the nymphs because it's likely the mites laid eggs and they won't be killed by the Neem. I would suggest at least 3 sprayings to make sure you have killed them all.

the bugs are "under control" should i just leave them be and hope they dont get worse and if they do spray cause its in the mail
theres not really a such thing as under control with spider mites, their population grows exponentially and within 2 weeks you can have a full on infestation. azamax is a very good product, and can be used up to harvest. you want to make sure you spray your plants down extensively and everything around them every four days, because four days is how long it takes for the eggs to hatch...

Here is what I, and my grow friends use. They swear by this as do I. If you get it, just follow the directions.
