Good Weed - High Grades, Dank, Piff, The Grizzley, Kush (People are stupid and will call it Kush even if it isnt)

Where I'm from we call bud, bud. Else, i usually know what strain I 've got, so I call it by its proper name. Although good weed is known as puckas (pron. puckers). Also, dank.

Shit weed is known as yard weed, that hard brownish shit with all the seeds. Then we have solids... which is minging hash from morrocco, that is 90% horse and cow shit (maybe not that much, but still a lot).

I suppose the youth have even more wild and wonderful words, likewise people from different Cities will have different slang words too.

Marijuana...

Middies or Mids for the crap, Nug(s) for the good stuff.

Anyone know what they call it in France? Paris specifically? Just curious...

Mersh and chronic are not types of weed at all. They are simply terms to describe different grades of pot. "Mersh" is a term for commercial or low grade bud. "Chronic/kind/headies" are terms for high grade weed. There is a grade in between that is usually refered to as the "mids". These different grades are definately not of the same strain or even of the same family. There are two genetic families of pot. There is "Sativa" which is a taller plant produces a energetic uplifting head high. Then there is "Indica" which is a smaller plant that produces a couch locked body type high. A strain is a genetic cross between two plants (sativa x sativa/ indica x indica/ sativa x indica) which has characteristics of both plants. Strains can be produced by crossing either original strains (such as pure kush) or other crosses (such as Sour OG Kush). There are hundreds of different strains out there and Skunk is only one of them.

I hope this information sparks you to learn more about this wonderful plant and its many amazing strains.

in lower NY we called everything by strain name, but in Rhode Island so far ive seen Mid's (10 a gram, 5 a gram in NY), Dro (10 a gram), Exotics(usually Haze, but i've also seen Beasters 15-20 a gram), and Headies (not exactly sure what strain it is but its bomb 20 a gram)

also in NY good weed was called Piff, Fire, Bomb etc.. and we never really saw any bad weed so we didnt need a name for it haha

I refuse to play that slang crap,if i want a sack i would never even deal with anybody who started talking about cronik ,crips or mids,the shit sounds stupid as all hell to me,whats wrong with calling it what it is,weed.

up here on the eastcoast we got shit weed thats 10$ for a dime "3 grams" of seeds lol..then u got MIDS still some pretty crapy bud 10$ for like 2-3 grams i havn't bought that shit since i was young...then theres KB "KIND BUD"..just some basic nuggets nothing to breag about 10$ a gram..last is EXOTICS,pretty much the best shit u can buy unless u grow it urself..but exotics is all the good strain buds..recently theres been blue berry haze,orange krush,AFgan kush,mango,and a few others..i dunno where its coming from but def. some good growers! 20$ a gram

we call shitty weed mersh, it makes you tired but gets you high. $10 a dime, $20 a dub.

the next step up is dro, much more potent. $20 an ounce or if your god like me its $20 for two ounces.

a step up from that is kb or kind bud, my favorite. about the same prce as dro.

then we have chronic on occasion.

its not called baby chronic. its called BC because it comes across the border to washington from BRITISH COLUMBIA!! (and its better from there.) *sigh* call it what you want though.

'schwag' is what we call the seedy ditch weed, otherwise it's 'nuggets' or 'kind' for the primo sensimillia. But it's all weed to me, puff puff pass.

Shitty Bud: Mersh, schwap, schwag, reg(s), and sometimes downtown brown

Decent Bud: Mids, Middies, Beasters (often sold to retards as something better)

Good Bud: Dank, Dro (which i dont get), nugs, or specific name (such as AK47, Blueberry, Kush, etc.)

Primo is used to descrbe bud laced or mixed with cocaine where im from.

Terms such as chronic, bud, weed, etc. are used as a general term for marijuana

I have smoked 51ers as they are called here (joint laced with coke), when your shooting rails you have to blaze a 51er. At least to be fair to the weed. I stopped that shit a few years ago.
