It is you can grow 4 plants legally with out a license in a house but if you have a license to grow you can grow more it depends on how many your license says you can grow. There is so outdoor licensed growers here it’s crazy
I'll be relaxed awaiting your arrival to share outcomes. Just minding my P's and Q's. Pays off in a bit of time. I can honestly say go ahead officer without fear. How much will you pay because you can't. Logic before vanity. Canucks are indocrtinated in capitalism as well. Off in the handbasket we are.

I'd ask him what the proper N-P-K ratio is. If he says 3-2-1 your done. Just a new trimmer over whelmed by the presence. Sorry.
No worries like I said before I just wanted to know if what he is saying is Gonna work because I’ve tried telling him to start smaller and thank you for your input hope this will open his eyes and realize it’s gonna be a full time job looking after gown many plants he wants grow

Easy as I do it. Still hours per day. Only ten and more demanding by the day. Not to mention delicate as heads swell. Slow motion for max yields. More than realized normally. 001.jpg

i my self have started growing in a grow tent dwc in 5 gallon bucket and it takes up a lot of time and the only reason I start with one was to see if I could do it with one before I did 4 so far it’s seems to be going good no root rot and plants looking healthy but like I said first time I’ve been reading stuff from web sites and figuring things out does it look ok for no real knowledge of indoor growing00A27920-02B8-4F65-9A5C-CE725C4C7305.jpeg

The time is spent just to make sure the water is right temperature and heat

I’m in California so things operate a lil different out here weed is like a cigarette or jaywalking I thought Canada was the same way
Yes and no, lol. Most cops here will "not notice" one or two extra plants. When your plant count gets higher and starts to look like you're growing for sale, they start to pay attention. The federal law is like a minimum standard, and provinces are free to set tighter restrictions. For example, federally the legal age for weed is 18, however some provinces have set it higher. You can walk down the sidewalk smoking a joint and no-one bats an eye, but take one step into a park and it's illegal. Most cops will just tell you to but it out, or finish it on the sidewalk. It's pretty relaxed, but that's because most people keep it legal.
If he is that good, why not cut a deal with the legal plot. Too easy and I'd reward a valued employee. No liability and more loyalty. Now I'm skeptical.
They have legal limits and inspections. Some facilities lost their licenses for having too many plants. If they got caught letting an employee grow a personal crop at their facility, they'd get shut down. Not to mention the loss of space for their crop would cut into their profits.

I don't know how it is in other provinces, but here in Ontario unless you're a professional LP, you're not facing inspections unless your neighbours call in a complaint. If you're growing 200 plants like some of the illegal grows in Brant county that made the news recently, they'll complain.
