Silly men... Perhaps we should have a pussy thread. Like the vagina monologues. You know, so all the men understand what it's really all about apart from when they've got their dick/hand/whatever in there. Lol I had a guy friend who seriously said he wanted to be a girl for a day just to see what it'd be like to have a vagina. A whole lot goes on down there...

It is so shrouded in myth and misconceptions...

One misconception being that it is somehow special and deserving of ay kind of attention at all.

as for dropping weight jogging will only take you to a plateau, to maximize your weight loss you should jog to provide a basic calorie burn and to stress your system into ceveloping the running muscles, lift weights to burn calories and develop your calorie burning engine, and finally regular sprints the sprints themselves are the necessary component in releasing higher levels of testosterone and HGH that will help you bounce back from your work outs and sprinting causes a huge spike in calorie burn that lasts much longer than other forms of excercise,

now a sprint can be many different kinds of workouts, like riding a bike up a hill repeatedly as fast as you can, or similar low impact activities, cause actually sprinting a foot race is very hard on the body and requires an initial higher level of physical fitness,

but if you take a key from the boyscouts you can run walk yourself to fitness, by this i mean jog real slow then slowly increase your running speed until you cannot keep it up, then drop back to either a fast walk or a slow jog, this fluctuation will get your cardio health up in no time.

and if anyone has any comments or questions......shoot im a former personal trainer and currently working on a Kinesiology degree.....bitches

I do cardio every morning for 30 mins. I mainly jog in place while playing the WII. Sometimes it's tennis sometimes baseball. Sometimes I need to step it up and put my daughters game in. Fuck here goes...........Just Dance II. I lock the doors and shut the blinds so nobody will see me dancing around like a character on the Wiggles. Ya it's faggy but gets the job done. I have found if my mind is preoccupied with something else while exercising, it goes by pretty fast.

Cutting the carbs always worked too. GH worked really well to get lean looking. I was uping my dose and the doc cut me off.

Portion control.
Decrease the carbs.
Cardio.

Pretty simple

Good luck on your weight loss. I'm trying to quit smoking cigarettes myself. Feels like they're going to kill me. Myself, I'm 6'1" and about 213lbs. I guess I'm pretty "ripped", so if you want any workout advice, just ask. I wish I had a camera to post pics. Let's just say I know a thing or two about working out. Just PM me.

work out one group of muscles a day (arms one, chest the next day, shoulders next) or try to incorporate all the muscles, more like a cycle-dumbell presses, followed by lat bar, followed by bench-few sets each?

Dudes trying to lose weight not bulk up.
Not all steroids make people bulky. Take something like Tren Acetate, and it would make you stronger, and more ripped. Or you could always take something to manipulate your thyroid to "cut up", however, it's not really a good idea. Yeah, it will speed up your thyroid, but you'll just put all the weight back on once you get off the thyroid medication. (T-3,T-4, etc.)

Taking any chemical for weight loss probably is not a good idea. The only way to lose weight is to expend more calories than you intake on a daily basis. Now, if you take something like ephedrine (which is legal here in Canada) you can restrict the amount of calories you intake on a daily basis. Ephedrine makes you lose your appetite big time.

Basically, losing weight is all about nutrition and exercise, as you might expect.

For somebody trying to lose a lot of weight quickly, I'd recommend alternating between cardio on day1 and weights on day2 and alternate. So a typical week would look like this:

Day1(Monday)Cardio
Day2(Tuesday)Weights (Chest)
Day1(Wednesday)Cardio
Day2(Thursday)Weights (Back)
Day1(Friday)Cardio
Day2(Saturday)Weights (Shoulders)
Offday (Sunday)

and throw in leg and bi/tri workouts periodically.

That's basically the program I've followed forever, and I'm and pretty good shape right now. Give me a couple more months, and I'll be shredded.

im 6'2 @ 275, not fat everyone just calls me big, but i too am on a regimen. woulnt mind losing the tummy. low calories and bike riding for me. cardio is the most important to shred the lbs. situp and all that wont burn fat, just kinda tone up the muscles under the fat. good luck man.
Muscle building and cardio are both important. Most people think that all you should do is cardio but if you want results faster you need both.

Cardio is similar to running your body's power plant. the longer you run the longer the power plant will be burning your fat.

Muscles can be described as the size of your power plant. The more Muscles you have the bigger your power plant is and the more fat you can burning while your power plant is on. "running"
