Definately need re-potted. Overwatering is about the most common mistake a new grower makes, along with feeding too much. I will guarentee that at least half of the posts of people looking for help on their plants have either overwatered or overfed their plants. Do not try and 'schedule' your waterings, instead wait until the plant tells you that she is thirsty, or hungry. Lift the pot, and feel how much it weighs, if it is light then the plant has used up most of the water in the medium. You can then safely water. By saying that you water ' every day, every 2 days' etc. then you are trying to dictate the plants needs instead of 'listening' to the plant and giving it what it wants, when it needs it.
On a side note, when the pots are relitively dry, try and gently lift the root mass out of the pot and check the color of the roots. They should be a nice white. If they are a tannish color or brown then you will need to treat for root fungas. ( H2o2 flush). This is a common result from overwatering.
