If you already spent the money on the stuff you might as well try it. The only real work involved is grinding the seeds. I don't know what else you would do with a pound of morning glory seeds.

to get most of the soup out i just taped the jar on the floor untill the mush was a soild brick, then layed the jar on its side untill the liquid stoped coming out. after that i tryed to wring out the mush with cheesecloth, but i couldnt get a drop
