Makeup air

Have you had the chimney inspected or cleaned lately? How about the furnace? Sounds like you got a bigger problem...sorry to flare the paranoia.
A friend of mine has an old home that is oil heated, long story short, they added a length of stove pipe to the chimney and solved his issues.
Never had the chimney cleaned/inspected. There's a natural wood fireplace in the living room, flue stays closed. The furnace exhaust appears to tie in to the chimney through/in the basement. I'm sure it uses a different cavity, because there's nothing to be seen when looking into the actual fireplace and no exhaust fumes in the living room. Definitely exhausts through it though as you can see it coming out the roof stack.

The fresh air intake from outside that ties into the return duct was partially blocked but that's all clear now. The inlet should be bigger where the furnace actually draws inside air, but the way the duct work and air cleaner is its not possible. A new 95% would solve all this since it would have its own combustion air from directly outside. I just don't have the money for that and plan on doing all new supplies and trunks when I upgrade the system.

Guess I'll just have to cross my fingers and hope the fresh air intake installed at the opposite end of the basement doesn't change the ambient temps too much before it travels across and into the grow area. Hoping that by creating a "u" for a trap will stop unnecessary air and only whats needed from the suction effect will be pulled through. Once temps are achieved in the tent the fan should kick in to idle mode so it won't be running full blast 24/7.

Thanks for the feedback guys, any and all advice is appreciated.

Where is the fresh air coming from? Pulling from another room creates the same problem. Fresh air from outside and you lose climate control and were is the odor and humidity going?
Fresh air from outside and humidity goes into a dehumy.
