Making Feminized Seeds ??

So you can buy feminized seeds from seed banks.. why not just make em yourself and save a bunch of money, im still looking for more information on this subject myself but here is what i know thus far...
You get one of your females to grow past its ripe date by a few weeks,, it will start growing bannana looking sacs (male flower), you take some of that pollen inside the sacs and spread it on one of your female plants still in the flowering stage.. and the resulting seeds should produce 95% females, so thats what i know about this topic, if u have anything to add or comments feel free to post

I did that,should be harvesting a few beans soon.I also got a selfed plant,It only grows a couple male flowers,its like 99.999 percent female.

this is the part that needs some help, do this with most females and you simply get over ripened buds
idea is to stress a plant to hermie, but the plant shouldn't be to easy to herime, otherwise you will simply get a bunch of seeds that will hermie
usually done with chemicals of various types, names escape right now
and probably not a beginners project, you see plenty of feminized commercial strains that will hermie with little stress
