so today, while i was with my girlfriend


we got into a pretty heated political debate


talking about the healthcare stuff


i mentioned some things that i had read in the bill, and all of her counterpoints had absoloutely nothing to do with the contents of the bill


This, combined with the fact that when she disagrees, i cant get more than 4 words out without her interrupting me to tell me reasons why im wrong


so, anyway, after borderline yelling at her that she was not debating with facts, i expected her to be pretty angry at me



the first thing she wanted to do was have sex?

i was blown away....

how is this possible?

men are from mars, women are from venus, and nair the twain shall meet. Perspectives, one individuals to another and one sex to another are unique. Accept that she/you have differing but very possibly equally valid viewpoints, attempt to understand her, while equally explaining yours. There does not have to be a wrong or right. only a perspective. and then go bang away .... she's a keeper.

she doesnt like weed so she thinks he has the right to tell me to stop cause she doesnt like it

its that for some reason, arguing with me turns her on?

sry I missed that .... yes that makes for a non-match if she doesn't like to or you to smoke .... I just meant that the fact she likes to make up after some argument can be hawt. Why does that make her excited. That could somehow be in her history, not sure how, I dunno, angry parents that treated their child well .... warmth in arguing ...? the adrenaline release stimulates sexual excitment? she finds u increasingly sexy as the temperature of your discussion and agrument goes up ... she feels you are being more of a man ... and that turns her on .... I dunno, I'm just thinking outloud ... hahahahaha! As another philosophical aside, there have been many times that I have seen (and taken) a path forward when not fully understanding the complexities of the circumstances I encounter, or where they might lead me. To be certain of an outcome is to invite not meeting that expectation. Walking on faith and with positive energy sometimes is all that is necessary to release the result you wish.

Could be a passion thing. She saw that you were passionate about something, and it made her think she could bring that into the bedroom. Make up sex is awesome, but angry make up sex is better.

why are you arguing politics with your gf in the first place?

when arguing with a girl, its best sometimes to let them think they win and keep your own oppinions to yourself. when i would argue with my ex, the fight would always end in "your right, im stupid and dont know what i was talking about. im sory i was wrong. i love you, your beautiful" and its fucked up i had to shamefully end the arguement like that, but it ended up if make up sex

a word of warning, dont try to figure out how the female mind works, its way too complecated and always changes and its impossible to figure out 100%

well FDD you know that phase in the relationship when things are winding down and small arguments just seem to pop out of no where?

i think that started yesterday

basically the main reason this debate started was because she said in order to pay for a socialist healthcare system it was ok to raise taxes


i told her her hero obama promised not to raise taxes on the middle class and the working poor

thats how it all went down

All I saw was the topic and thought, " Dont do it dude, its not worth it!!! "

I think ALL women are crazy, but the trick is to find the one that is the least crazy for you. And its hard as hell...

she gets pissed when i smoke

gets all pouty and mumbles under her breath

sighs all the time

constantly nags about stuff

and i honestly have little to no desire to have sex with her....




but....... i love her...


there is two things that are going to bring us apart...

the fact that she just cant handle that im my own person, who smoked weed years before met (she even knew i bought a half ounce every 2 weeks when i met her and we were in the pre dating phase)

im not going to change just because of her opinions on my life

also, she wants to have kids when shes like 22?

f that i hate kids lol
