Many problems , First time,Plz help

Hi ,
It's my first grow so i'm new .
(sorry for my English...)
indoor growing, with "Osram duluxstar minitwist Daylight 150W 1770lm", 18-6.
it's been somthing like 6 weeks , the plant is growing really slow (pics included)
after 3 weeks the leaves turnes yellow (the first leaves) but after a week another set of leaves grew ok .

about 10 days ago i gave him Bio-Grow (8:2:6) - 2ml per 1 liter , and he started to look greener and grow a little faster, but still slow .

what should i do now regarding the nuts, watering, light etc... ?

Thank you !

they look fine to me, just be patient. Waiting is the hardest thing to do. At this point in their lives they are establishing a healthy root system, when the roots are firmly established, then you will see upward growth. That is one of the reasons I use several different pot sizes throughout their lives, starting with dixie cups, moving to a 1/2 or 1 gal , then a two and a half gal and finally a 5 gal pot.

It's somthing called "soil subtitute" - it comes in a small cube and when you add water to it - its becoming soily. the guy at the store recomended it (he knew what it's for..)
he said the the pH is nutral (6.5 I think)

well , just 10 days ago I gave him one tome the Bio-grow ( the yellow leaves in the pictures where already there...)

Welcome to RIU! The yellow leaves are cotyledons and are only to give a newly sprouted seedling a way to gather and absorb light. It is natural for them to die off. So not too worry. She does look ok for this time frame. I do not know what the medium you are using is and I am not familiar with bio-bizz nutes so I cannot really advise on these issues. I do agree that with time to develop a root system, the upward and outward growth will begin. Also, as a suggestion, when she has gone as far as she can go in the current pot, transplant her into the pot you want her to finish in. Multiple transplants slow growth and shock the plant. A good rule of thumb for choosing her final home is to hve 1 gallon (or litre I think I am American and not very metric savvy) for every foot (meter?) you want her to be at harvest.

Oh and you may want to stop reffering to to your plant as him, why add stigma to the situation. Call it her and karma yourself into growing a beautiful female.

No one notices the jar the plant is growing in?

You should either get it into a pot, or a party cup or something without a lip like that mason jar.
I am thinking there's no drainage holes drilled into it-right.. so there's no fresh air either.. This will stunt growth big time, and has.
Roots will grow through the soil, and form a root ball.. this makes the soil cling to the dirt. You aren't going to be able to get it out of that container without seriously ripping apart some root.
Another reason - light getting at the roots will stunt the roots growth as well.

Hmm I could be wrong but I believe that is a clear party cup with something wrapped arond it..How about it OP?

Hi ! , thank you all for replaying so fast !

I added some more photos .

it's some kind of party cup made of plastic wraped with paper so the light won't get to the roots, is that fine ?

also gave her today bio-grow .

Ya, the thing wasn't so much about the light getting at the roots (which is bad).. I was more worried about you not being able to transplant it - if it was in a mason jar the lip would have made it impossible for you to have a smooth transplant... the other thing was drainage, figured you weren't going to have a glass bit handy to drill holes in the jar, and that would also lead to no air getting to the roots.. Just trying to save you some headaches.. but as I said.. I saw wrong :) you should be fine with them covered up.
