My bros is looking at getting a tent and was looking at a whole tent package with Mark hydro tsw2000 light.
Anyone have good experience with this light?
It also comes with the tent and everything else you need pretty much starting for 800 canadian.
Any thought's on if this is good equipment and a good deal?
I'm old school and use hps and mh

Ive been looking at Mars and Spider Farmer. I was going to do the whole kit thing too but they do tend to add stuff in there you dont need or may already have like pots and a cheap fan. If he has experience then just piece it together to save. if hes not entirely sure what he needs or how things will fit then the kit makes good sense to me. Good luck whichever you go with.

Thanks for the reply
I think he needs pretty much everything as this will be his first foray into indoor, so I think the kits a good way to go.

The MH tsw2000 would be a good light for the tent... IMO...I run some MH lights with epistar diodes (for mid stage and flower) that have performed as well as any other. Great way to start...get ventilation etc figured out and kick it in gear.

I used to use two of them in a 4x4 and got very average results. For the price they are okay to decide if its a hobby you'd like to explore further. I will point out that one of my lights tingle me electrically when I touch it and I know others such as @bk78 have brought up the same issue.
