Hi all, first post here....
I have started playing around with making oil, and I wanted to get some opinions / feedback, in case someone tried what I'm wondering about, and could save me some experimentation.
My goal is to have a very concentrated coconut oil, so I will need to use very little of it per each "serving".
Most placed recommend about 1/2 oz per 1 cup of oil.
The questions I have are:
1) What's the maximum herb that can be absorbed in 1 cup of oil?
2) Will using double the herb with the same amount of oil will make it twice as strong or need half the amount of oil?
3) Would there be a difference between using 1 oz of herb for 1 cup of oil, or using 1/2 an oz per cup of oil, but doing a second cycle (meaning start again with the already processed oil and add a second 1/2 an oz).
4) If I do a double cycle, would there be any THC loss from the first run, as it will be heated again.
