Yea, the BE is kinda expensive, if i follow their feeding chart ill have to use 500-600g per grow not sure if im going to keep using it.
my system has around 100 gallons of water so it takes quite a bit lol. 1 22lb bag of MC should last me 3 grows but a $50 1100g bag of BE will just barely cover 2.

Its a root booster that also has the stuff hydroguard does. Ive looked at this several times as well. Ill probably switch to this when I use up the bottle of hydroguard I got.

Oh dang I see haha. I'm only growing 2-3 plants at a time in 3 to 5 gal pots in soil lol. So nothing crazy.

And I probably will use the BE lightly in my feedings, I'm using it for the P and K so I don't get any deficiencies I suppose? Just a little something extra although my plants look A1 the few very bottom leaves on my two autos in flower do have what looks like phosphorus deficiencies. Every gallon I would add 5.5 grams of MC right now, and 1.2 grams of BE. I'll probably just add .9 to a gram, but do I just add it on top of my normal MC dosage or would I lower it to level out ppm?

Lol I have one room with 20-25 plants running super soil. The other room I have set up for hydro it consist of four 27 gal totes a 55 gal Rez auto top off and overflow protection. My last room is my experiment room. I’m trying to finish my greenhouse before winter but it’s big so it might have to wait til next spring. bongsmilie

Damn man very nice. Sounds like life goals lol. One day...

I just completed my second harvest, wasn't very impressed using a 300w viparspectra in a 2x2x4. Just spent nearly $600+ on a new tent, light, some nutrients, soil, carbon filter kit, fans, etc. Not a huge upgrade compared to other peoples set ups like yours, but much bigger and better than what I have been running and it works for what I want!

Got a 4x2x6 tent, 300w samsung DIY led strip build, 400cfm carbon filter kit and other stuff. Gonna use my 2x2 with my 300w blurple. So I'm on a budget haha. Sounds like you got some $$ invested and need to spend the extra money on nutrients like you say lol.

I only run mc and great white I stopped using boosters a bit ago. With MC they are a waste imo. Usually boosters are designed for the overpriced water bottle nutrients.
You are correct. P and K boosters are a waste of money when growing in peat and/or coco based mediums. They do not easily leach either element... Now if you are growing outdoors in more mineralized native soils. Then P and K boosters can make a dramatic difference. Both elements are easily leached from most natives soils and is often a must rather than just an extra.

I have 12 17gal totes in a 10x10 and a 55gal control res outside. Im considering making a separate veg setup thats smaller and just use the big setup for flower so I can get more of a perpetual harvest going.
I use the 6" netpots that go on 5 gal buckets and bought a 25 pack so I figured if I set up a 12 5gal bucket system, it would be much more compact and more efficient to maintain for veg. Then I can just transfer the whole netpot into the bigger system when its free.

Nothing wrong with budget grows as long as you set them up right. You have to start somewhere.

I spent over 4k all together but I went with LEDs and shouldnt have to replace anything for quite a while.
All the little stuff adds up quick when you go bigger and have to buy stuff by the dozen lol
