Those four things would add up to well above someone income working 40 hrs a week on min wage. Just those four things, nothing else, why don't you put on that list " afford to raise a child " , something that needs to happen for all the lazy ass's to collect their social security and do nothing but eat their Mcdonalds in the morning, talk about expecting something for nothing.
We aren't free and those aren't someones expectations, they are requirements. I don't know anywhere in America where you can freely walk the streets naked, or set up a tent anywhere and camp out, If I starve myself is that considered attempted suicide? If I decide to not take my child to the hospital to treat a illness and my child dies, am I held responsible for her death.
